In 2022, according to McKinsey, 58% of Americans had the opportunity to work from home at least once a week, and 35% had the option of five days per week. The pandemic forced remote work onto companies, and now there’s no turning back: those wanting to be an employer of choice should note that 87% of workers provided the chance of flexible work take it. A Gallup survey in June of 2022 found that 8 in 10 people are working hybrid or remote, while only 2 in 10 are entirely on-site.
