Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth and human capital management (HCM) and financial solutions, announced it has completed substantially all of its acquisition of the Workday and Cornerstone OnDemand cloud practices of Wipro Limited.
The acquired business has a presence across 11 countries including Australia, India, the United States, and several others across Europe, and deploys Workday and Cornerstone OnDemand solutions for clients of all sizes and across industries. The transaction builds upon Alight’s existing HCM deployment and application management services capabilities through the addition of new geographies and critical talent.

More than 300 colleagues will join Alight’s existing team of over 1,000 certified Workday and Cornerstone OnDemand experts through the transaction.
