The awards highlight staffing agencies that have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on the evaluations by their clients and contract employees. Less than two percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada have earned the Best of Staffing distinction for service excellence.
With industry-leading satisfaction ratings, Aerotek has been named Best of Staffing through direct feedback from more than 39,000 contract employees and nearly 10,000 clients. Aerotek received satisfaction scores of nine or 10 out of 10 from 69 percent of their clients and 72 percent of their talent, significantly higher than the industry’s average.
