New Management Additions Brings Varied Skill Sets, Experience, and Expertise to Virtual’s Professional Services

Virtual Inc., the leading provider of professional services to technology consortia and professional societies, added new management level staff members to a variety of departments across the company today. The Events, People & Culture, and Client Services groups all expanded to support over 90 Virtual clients worldwide. These recent additions to Virtual’s team will bring a wide variety of talents and expertise to the company.

The additions to the Virtual Inc. team include:

  • John Lessard, Director of Client Services, graduated from Brandeis University with a bachelor’s degree in English and American Literature. Prior to joining Virtual, John successfully ran his own small business in the retail gifting industry for 18 years. Before John became a successful entrepreneur, he worked at Virtual Inc., in the Events Department.
  • Alyssa Rhodes McArdle, Events Manager, graduated from Wheaton College with a bachelor’s degree in English and Media Studies. She was working on the venue side of events in corporate sales and conference management at luxury properties for over five years.
  • Jennifer Ashooh, People & Culture Business Partner, is joining our People & Culture team with a bachelor’s degree from The University of New Hampshire in Business and Hospitality Management and her master’s degree from Rivier University in Human Resources Management. Jennifer has worked in Human Resources for over 25 Years, working for large and small companies. Her most recent place of employment was at Comcast, where she was employed for 15 years.
