Third River Partners Names New President and Vice President

New posts represent growth in cutting-edge capabilities

Third River Partners, LLC, a US-based management consultancy specializing in organizational culture change, announced the appointments of John Porcari as company President and Allison Russell as Vice President, Client Services.

“Amid the turbulence of COVID-19, John and Allison have responded with evolving our offerings to meet the demand of virtual communities,” said Heather Hyde, Third River co-founder and outgoing President. “Lesson learned from their successes and track record will be vital in helping clients achieve their greater goals and establish their unique cultural brands.” Hyde hands the role of President to Porcari as she retires.

John Porcari has served Third River since its inception as the consulting practice leader for the Serving Leader Development Experience™, generating expansive growth of a paradigm that answers the need for agile, generative, and innovative cultures. Before Third River Partners, Porcari created award-winning organizational development approaches and human performance strategies as a consultant with Five Star Development, a senior executive at Accenture, and in human resource management roles. He holds a master’s degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in History from the State University of New York College at Cortland.

In her new role, Allison Russell will help develop client capacity for creating Serving Leader cultures at scale. Previously Director of Serving Leader Facilitation, Russell led certification of Third River clients in the firm’s proprietary development techniques. Before joining Third

River Partners, Russell implemented cognitive behavioral therapy programs within the criminal justice and healthcare sectors for 15 years. Russell holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from Presbyterian College.
