As society begins to shift into a state of new normalcy, AdminaHealth, a technology provider offering a premium billing SaaS platform for the employee benefits and insurance industry, recognizes the selfless acts of their employees. Above all else, AdminaHealth values their team members, and this has been apparent in the unconventional ways they have supported them. The individual team members themselves, along with their families, have also shown amazing acts of selflessness to help others during this time.

When the pandemic began, and all workers were required to work from home, the AdminaHealth Leadership Team started adding brainstorming sessions to their weekly meetings on how they could make this transition easier for each member of the team. They came up with a list of ideas and reached out to employees for feedback.
What came out of these sessions was very unique. AdminaHealth hired a childhood learning expert to lead activities via Zoom with employees’ children while their parents were in meetings and working. They brought on a professional fitness instructor to lead Zoom workout sessions for both children, and adults. They added ongoing optional “Lunch Hangouts” that allowed new hires to get to know their new teammates and build camaraderie.

Employees at home were also busy helping their local communities. One team member donated food to her local school and was heartened to receive a handwritten thank you note from a local child. One AdminaHealth family anonymously donated $2,000 in $50 bills to be handed out to families in need who were picking up food at their local school. One team member helped his church deliver boxes of groceries to members who tested positive for the coronavirus that helped spark a national “Boxes of Hope” movement. And one team member’s family donated dozens of their farm’s chickens’ eggs to neighbors. Another team member with specific crisis response and chaplain training provided tele-support to ER and ICU caregivers. These are just a few of the many ways team members have worked to support our communities and our neighbors during these challenging times.
“AdminaHealth is unlike any company I have worked for in the past,” said a team member. “Any time I would tell someone about how leadership was handling the pandemic, they were amazed. I feel very fortunate to work for an organization that cares so deeply about each of us, our families, and the communities around us.”
