Experienced HR Executive Joins the Sitecore Team to Build on Company Growth.
Sitecore, a global leader in end-to-end digital experience software,announced the appointment of Kim Sullivan as chief human resources officer, effective immediately.
Sullivan joins Sitecore at a time of tremendous growth for the company. Last month, Sitecore announced it was the first company in the industry to completely transition its core CMS solution, including personalization and the content authoring experience, to a modern Cloud architecture, with the release of Experience Manager Cloud, allowing the company to better serve brands in the face of growing consumer expectations around brand engagement.

Kim Sullivan has over 25 years of experience leading major industry organizations’ human resource efforts. She joins Sitecore most recently serving as chief people officer at Concentrix.
Prior to Concentrix, she held senior roles at Kaiser Permanente Washington, The University of Texas System, Walgreens, and Marathon Oil Company. She has a master’s degree in human resources development from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in speech communications and organizational psychology from Texas Southern University.

Sullivan’s experience and expertise have been widely awarded in her industry. She was most recently recognized by Savoy Magazine as one of this year’s Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America and is a two-time consecutive winner of On Conference’s Top 10 HR Professionals Award.
