“With Workday, we can deliver critical business processes in ways that would have been inconceivable with our previous ecosystem. The virtual go-live turned out to be absolutely seamless. We were able to complete our performance and payroll planning cycle without interruption and adopt a new approach to performance management – all with Workday, ”said Paul Davies, GE’s head of people operations.

“We are aware that clumsy technologies are causing top talent in particular to churn. Without these talents, however, we will not be able to provide a high level of care, ”said Brian Lancaster, vice president of information technology at Nebraska Medicine. “This is exactly why Workday and its virtual deployment were so valuable to our transformation. In the healthcare sector, information technology must serve employees and support them in fulfilling their most important task: saving lives. ”
