Rolack recognized with the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources’ (NAAAHR) highest honor for his contributions in the field of Human Resources

Rolack, Sr., is the recipient of NAAAHR’s 2021 Presidential Leadership Trailblazer Award. The award, which is the organization’s highest honor, recognizes leaders who consistently demonstrate a strong commitment and dedication to the disciplines of human resources and diversity.
Rolack has extensive experience helping companies achieve their business goals by leveraging diversity and inclusion initiatives. In his current role, he leads Workforce Logiq’s diversity and inclusion strategy, which focuses on strengthening the company’s culture of belonging across its global organization. In addition, he advises clients looking to develop impactful diversity and inclusion strategies, working directly with their business leaders to engage in strategic change and organizational human capital management.

Prior to joining Workforce Logiq, Rolack was Senior Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Consultant for Diversity Best Practices, where he created, grew, and measured first-in-class diversity initiatives for over 225 corporate clients. Rolack was also Senior Director, Workforce Strategy, Diversity, Inclusion, and Strategic Alliances for Major League Baseball’s Office of the Commissioner, and the Director of Global Marketplace Diversity and Inclusion for Adecco Group North America.
