Ultimate Software Ranks Highest for North America Midmarket Use Case in Gartner’s Critical Capabilities Report

Ultimate Software, a leading global provider of human capital management (HCM) and employee experience solutions in the cloud, announced that it has been ranked highest by Gartner, Inc. for the North America Use Case, one of five use cases in Gartner’s 2019 Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises.

For the NA Midmarket Use Case, Ultimate Software received the highest Product Score, with 4.27 out of 5. Ultimate ranked second highest for the North American Compliance Suite Use Case, and fourth highest for the Core HR and TM (Global Organization) Use Case.
