UKG Ranked Highest in 2021 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises in North America Midmarket Use Case for Sixth Straight Year

UKG, a leading global provider of human capital management (HCM), payroll, HR service delivery, and workforce management solutions, announced that, for the sixth consecutive year, UKG received the highest overall score in the 2021 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises in the North America Midmarket Use Case. Both UKG Pro and UKG Ready are named in this year’s evaluation.

The annual Gartner Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites report analyzes products and services based on specific use cases to provide organizations with suggestions for vendor shortlists during technology evaluations. Gartner delivers actionable, objective insights to executives and their teams.

UKG received the highest overall score of 4.25 out of 5 in North America Midmarket Use Case for Pro, a global HCM suite for large and midsize organizations designed to manage the complete life-work journey, including recruiting, onboarding, talent management, workforce management, payroll, and AI-powered employee sentiment analysis.

For specific use cases and organizational needs, Pro scored 4.25 for North America Compliance Suite 2,500+ Employees, 4.23 in Core HR and Talent Management for Global Organizations, and 4.14 in North America Compliance Suite 1,000-2,500 Employees. Each use case is measured on a five-point scale.
