- Users can now join their visitor and employee data with events data and book rooms for meetings and conferences.
Thousands of companies that use Lobbytrack and Eventleaf to manage visitors and events will now be able to share data between the two apps as they completed their cointegration today. Jolly Technologies, the developer of the two systems, announced the integration, which creates the world’s first hybrid workplace management platform that makes employee, visitor, and event data accessible in one place.

Simply put, the integration will enable users to access a secure, centralized pool of data that they can use to schedule new visits or events, invite and check in visitors or attendees, manage employee time and attendance, print badges, retrieve leads, and book meeting rooms or conference rooms. The data can be accessed through both Lobbytrack and Eventleaf and can open up unlimited possibilities for further integration and automation.
“As the re-opening of offices continues to accelerate, both employers and employees are learning to adapt to a new hybrid work model. We think the role of the physical office is likely to change from a full-time workplace to a hub for networking and team building,” says Sandeep Jolly, CEO and Founder Jolly Technologies. “On-premise meetings and networking events will increase and drive the need for a system to efficiently manage such meetings and book hybrid workspaces.”

The need to set up and manage hybrid or flexible offices has become apparent as most people continue to work, at least partially, from home. The essential software required for managing a flexible space includes a visitor management system, an employee time and attendance management system, meeting room and conference room booking software, in-person and hybrid event management software, and a physical access control system. With the cointegration of Lobbytrack and Eventleaf, employers can easily manage all of these aspects from a unified user-friendly platform.
The hybrid workplace appears to be here to stay as a recent report from the research firm Accenture confirms a correlation between a company’s revenue growth and its attitude towards hybrid working. According to the report, 69 percent of companies that reject the idea of hybrid work exhibit negative or no growth, whereas 63 percent of companies that embrace hybrid work models show higher growth rates.
