A widely recognized author in the human capital and change management industry and an accomplished facilitator and speaker in more than 40 countries worldwide, Bridwell brings 25 plus years of experience working with global organizations. He has consulted and coached executive leaders at some of the world’s most acclaimed organizations including Halliburton, Citibank, Baxter Healthcare, Dell, Kimberly Clark, Kellogg’s, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Coca-Cola, Chili’s Grill and Bar, Whirlpool, OG&E and the Centers for Disease Control. Bridwell has spoken at multiple conferences and industry associations, including the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, CHRO Exchange, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Dallas HR, the HRSouthwest Conference, Employee Engagement Conference, HR Management Institute and the Women’s Foodservice Forum.

Bridwell is the author of five books including his most recent The Changemaker, A Leadership Story of Courage and Character and Saturday Morning Tea, The Power of Story to Change Everything. Most recently, Bridwell serve as Chief People Officer for the global tax and technology firm, Ryan, LLC. He was named the 2015 HR Executive of the Year by SHRM’s affiliate, Dallas HR, he won the 2015 Strategic Leadership Award from Strategic Excellence HR, and he was recognized as a top 50 HR Professional by OnCon Icon Awards.

Bridwell is involved in multiple organizations including SHRM, and he serves on the board of directors for Southwest Transplant Alliance, a non-profit organization serving as the bridge between those who decide to donate their organs and those needing a life-saving organ transplant.

Bridwell has a Bachelor of Science in business and Master of Business Administration degree with a human resources management concentration from Capella University. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Leadership at Trevecca Nazarene University. Bridwell lives in the Preston Hollow neighborhood with his wife of 31 years, Dee and their two rescue dogs, Happy and Brinkley.
