Ceridian Ranked Highest in ‘North American Compliance Suite’ Use Case in Gartner’s Critical Capabilities Report

Ceridian, a global human capital management (HCM) company, announced its first place ranking within the North American Compliance Suite use case, one of five use cases in Gartner’s 2019 Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises.

Ceridian received the highest score for the North American Compliance Suite use case, which focuses on the compliance needs of North America-based organizations with over 1,000 employees who are predominately paid hourly. These organizations are seeking solutions covering core HR, payroll, benefits administration, and workforce management. The report states that successful providers in the use case are able to satisfy the need for adopters to “effectively balance cost of ownership, compliance with U.S. and Canadian requirements, and the ability to handle complex work rules without customization.”
