“We’re proud to be included in the list of top seven HR firms – many of which are much bigger than Cambria, including Deloitte, Korn Ferry, Mercer and others,” said George Klemp, founding partner and co-leader of Cambria’s consulting practice. “And this is the second year we’ve been named to the Top 7 list – which is particularly gratifying for us and the clients we serve,” Klemp added.

AdvisoryHQ’s rankings are conducted by research and editorial teams and, according to the company’s summary, include analyzing firms’ “quality of services provided, overall value provided, transparency, customized services, history of innovation, customer experience (positive and negative), level of independence, team excellence, and many more.”

In ranking Cambria among the top seven firms, AdvisoryHQ cites Cambria’s range of notable clients and leadership assessment services, including Executive Assessment, the Leadership Inventory™ 360, Management Inventory™ 360, and custom 360 feedback instruments.
