Alight Strengthens Product and Innovation Capabilities with Addition of Brannon Lacey

Lacey named president and chief solutions and strategy officer of Alight

Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth, and human capital management (HCM) and financial management solutions, announced that Brannon Lacey has joined the company as president and chief solutions and strategy officer.

Brannon will drive the innovation and growth strategies across Alight’s primary solution lines, including health, wealth, and HCM and financial management solutions, as well as the company’s digital engagement capabilities. Brannon joins Alight’s executive leadership team, reporting to CEO Chris Michalak.

Most recently, Brannon was the senior vice president and general manager of application services at Rackspace, a leading managed cloud services company. Brannon also served as a principal at Samsung Ventures, where he led venture capital investments for mobility products. He is a proven product innovator, general manager and corporate developer.
