Best Companies to Work For In Florida list features one hundred companies ranked in small, medium and large employer categories. This program was the brainchild of Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Companies that participated went through a series of evaluation standards of their workplace policies, philosophies, practices, systems, and demographics. The assessment also included a survey to check for employee satisfaction levels in the participant organizations. The combination of scores on all these parameters was used to judge the top companies, with ERP Maestro securing the 32nd rank in the list of small companies (with fewer than 50 employees). The registration, survey, and analysis formalities along with the determination of final rankings were done by Best Companies Group.

Compliance and Security in Sap Environments Made Easy
ERP Maestro works toward making compliance and security easier in SAP environments and helps to manage access risks. The SaaS platform the company offers helps in automating the monitoring, detection, and prevention of internal cybersecurity risks in SAP systems. This helps minimize probable security breaches and fraud and accelerates remediation. The Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis that ERP Maestro offers is used by seven of the world’s top 10 audit firms.
Jody Paterson, the founder, and CEO of ERP Maestro expressed delight at making the list the first year they applied. “I believe that our culture and environment are extremely important to our success. Everyone in our headquarters in Florida and other locations plays a role in developing our great culture. As a result, we have employees who take ownership in creating a vibrant workplace where ideas flow, making the office environment more collaborative and enjoyable,” he said.
