Torchlight, a leading provider of employee-caregiver support solutions, announced that Ann Gargis and Paul Harsha have joined the executive leadership team of the company. Gargis, as Senior Director of Sales and Business Development, is responsible for Torchlight’s sales strategy, market development, and product distribution of the company’s premier caregiver support solutions. Harsha, as Director of Engineering, is leading the Engineering team in support of the company’s accelerated product development initiatives. Both Gargis and Harsha report directly to Adam Goldberg, M.Ed., Torchlight’s CEO.

Before joining Torchlight, Gargis spent the last four years at Mercer, a global HR consulting firm, where she led her team in new client sales. Before Mercer, she was Director of Employer Sales at Benefitfocus and also spent seven years as Corporate Sales Manager for national accounts at ADP. Within the industry, Gargis is also a sponsor of a Women’s Executive Network in Pittsburgh, member of the Executive Women’s Council, Allegheny Conference and a supporter of 412 Food Rescue and the Highmark Caring Place.
