She is well-versed in program management, analytics, employer branding, and diversity & inclusion. Neha was a Senior Director – HR at Myntra before, where she led the HR department for several areas of business, executed people strategy, and supported rapid company growth. Neha also oversaw and scaled Myntra’s diversity and inclusion procedures.
