Lindén has been with Signal AI since 2018, serving as vice president of people and has been key in driving Signal AI’s people philosophy of innovative, friendly and passionate high-performing teams, who are at the cutting edge of creating tomorrow’s technology. Lindén holds 15 years of experience leading and creating engaged and high performing People Operations teams supporting high-growth technology organisations in cultivating and attracting top talent.

Prior to joining Signal AI, Lindén held a number of leadership positions including VP People at Highland Europe and Balderton Capital backed LoveCrafts, and managed human resources for the EMEA region for Silicon Valley-based SaaS video technology business Ooyala. Before Ooyala, she was VP of Talents and HR at Northzone and Creandum backed Videoplaza (later acquired by Ooyala). Lindén has in all these roles been responsible for supporting talent across Europe, US and APAC. Lindén was also employee number three at leading digitally-focused search, advisory and networking firm The Up Group and supported the firm through a key period of growth.
Lindén holds a BA and MA in Political Science and Development Studies jointly from Durham University, and Uppsala University, Sweden where she started her professional career.
