Amanda Bayless, Vice President of Operations, has 20 years of experience in program management and real estate development for quick service restaurant (QSR) programs, new build development programs and retail fuel integrated sites. Bayless has been with Sevan for 6 years and most recently oversaw a team providing program management for one of Sevan’s largest and key restaurant clients.

Stephen Mulligan, Vice President of Operations, has over 17 years of experience in project management, construction and design. Mulligan has been with Sevan since 2018, working primarily with major retail clients. His dedication has led to expanded work across numerous areas, including healthcare. Mulligan manages teams while developing and delivering innovative, world-class solutions.

Chad Ruter, Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, has been with Sevan since 2020 and offers 14 years of experience in finance and accounting. Ruter develops reporting processes for Sevan’s Finance, Accounting and Operations teams in addition to logging job costs, labor tracking, revenue and profit recognition, and multi-year financial modeling. He is also responsible for the preparation, consolidation and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
