The rankings are based on anonymous ratings by employees over a 12-month period benchmarked against 60,000 other companies. The Best Company Culture ranking is an aggregation of 20 core metrics, including team leadership, career growth, work-life balance, and perks and benefits. Other leading technology organizations ranked on all four lists include Google, Zoom, Adobe and HubSpot.

“We are thrilled to receive this recognition from Comparably as it attests to our leadership team’s commitment to having an open, innovative and collaborative culture where every individual can thrive,” said Sonia Mathai, Globality’s chief HR officer. “The four awards are interlinked, as having one of the best CEOs combined with having top, diverse talent in the industry directly leads to a dynamic, inclusive culture –– one which allows our employees to deliver their best work. We want to model and inspire our global customers, partners and suppliers, and we are extremely proud of our progress as we create a new ecosystem for global trade in services that is transparent and open to all on the merits of quality, price and performance.”

“The attributes that define great workplaces and leaders have not changed, despite the challenges of 2020,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “The best CEOs and companies invest just as much in the growth of their business as they do in their employees. Globality’s placement on all four of our lists this year is a testament to Joel Hyatt’s strong, mission-driven leadership, and the company’s focus on transparency, diversity and inclusion.”

“These awards are a powerful example of the leadership role that HR functions can play in challenging times, and the strategic partnerships these teams can and must form with the rest of the organization to bring values to life,” added Mathai. “Being recognized in multiple categories and placed in higher rankings in a year of disruption, validates that investing in our employees, our leadership and our culture is more important than ever. I am optimistic and confident we will continue to receive recognition for the investment Globality makes throughout the employee journey.”

Globality lives its mission daily, with employees who represent every corner of the world working together to achieve a more inclusive economy.
