Ezitracker Announce Strategic Partnership With Broadstone

Workforce Management Technology solutions provider Ezitracker (part of HAS Technology Group), has partnered with Broadstone, a tech company that has built a temporary staffing marketplace to deliver a contingent workforce into the facilities management industry.

Broadstone provides a flexible solution through an app-based temporary ‘Labour as a service’ staffing solution within the security, FM and cleaning sectors. It allows workers to find flexible temporary work opportunities with large corporates operating in traditional, regulated industries.

The Broadstone platform uses data and automation to solve complex tasks that large traditional labour providers handle on a day-to-day basis. Key tasks such as payroll management, background checking and license checking, company-worker matching and performance management are automated for both companies and employees seeking permanent and temporary contracts. The solution will integrate with Ezitracker’s workforce management technology solution portfolio to allow customers to simply push shifts that cannot be filled by permanent staff, through to the Broadstone community. A pool of screened workers will be matched, and then scheduled into the Ezitracker platform; for the first time providing transparency and control over a company’s temporary staff.

Christian Berenger, Managing Director – Workforce Management, Ezitracker explains:

“Broadstone’s app connects workers and employers, bringing them together to deliver a truly agile workforce, based upon customer demand and available shifts. Jobs can be broadcast to a large community of available workers who can then apply for open positions that match their needs, availability and skillsets – it’s the Uber for the facilities management sector!”

Tom Pickersgill, Co-Founder & CEO, Broadstone said:

“Our ‘Labour-as-a-Service’ staffing platform allows job seekers to find fair and flexible temporary work opportunities with large corporates working in traditional, regulated industries such as security, cleaning and catering. How companies find and engage their workforce is changing fast, with temporary workers forming 20-30% of most large companies’ workforces within the next three to five years. We’re challenging the traditional method of temporary staffing much like FinTech companies are challenging traditional banking. Ezitracker’s enviable client base in facilities management allows us to provide a service to those that potentially need it most, and forms a key part of our strategy to deliver temporary staffing in a better way.”

Broadstone also offers a solution to enable workers to instantly draw-down on their pay to provide increased control and flexibility to the employee. Branded ‘EziAdvance’ this functionality neatly feeds into the EziHub platform.

Launched in January 2018 by founders Tom Pickersgill, James Doyle and Nick Groves, Broadstone continues to challenge the temporary staffing market within the regulated services industry, including security, cleaning and catering.

Established in 1998 and part of the HAS Technology Group, Ezitracker has built a reputation of being a trusted supplier of reliable and innovative technology solutions for better workforce management in the facilities management, cleaning and security sectors.
