Boyden Elects Craig Stevens and Allan Marks as New Board Members

Boyden, a premier global talent and leadership advisory firm with more than 65 offices in over 40 countries, announced that Craig Stevens and Allan Marks have been elected as new members of its Global Board.

Stevens, a Managing Partner in the United States and member of the firm’s CEO & Board Services, Technology and Social Impact global practices, will serve as Americas Regional Director. And Marks, a Managing Partner of Boyden Australia, APAC Leader of the firm’s CEO & Board Services Practice and a member of the firm’s Industrial and Professional Services Practices, will serve as the firm’s Asia Pacific Regional Director. They were elected to two-year terms.

Craig Stevens, Board Member: Stevens is a key member of firm’s Technology, Professional Services and Social Impact global practices. He has a range of experiences servicing boards in the selection of CEOs. In addition, he partners with CEOs and their human resource executives in the recruitment of C-level leaders and senior executives. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Technology Council of Maryland. Previously, he served as Principal with one of the largest global executive search firms and as a manager at KPMG’s management consulting division. Stevens holds an MBA from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from Hope College.
