Denise Caleb, Ed.D., M.Ed., CME, SHRM-CP, PHR, has joined FutureSense, an Alliant Company, as First Vice President and Director of its Human Capital Consulting Practice. In this position, Dr. Caleb will lead FutureSense’s human resources; organizational development; and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) efforts while overseeing the company’s creative services lines of business.

Dr. Caleb joins FutureSense with more than 25 years of experience spanning the fields of DEIB, human resources, business development, and executive leadership. She was named one of Colorado’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce (CWCC) and is the recipient of a Stevie Award for Women in Business, nominated in the Female Executive of the Year category. Dr. Caleb has held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer on two separate occasions.

Prior to joining FutureSense, Dr. Caleb served as the inaugural President of the Human Resource Standards Institute (HRSI), advancing the organization’s strategic development and expansion as a start-up. She also served as the SVP of Global Diversity and Inclusion External Strategy for the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
