Kathy Cullen-Cote Appointed as the CHRO of Teradata

A Recognized HR Leader With Over Three Decades of Experience.

The industry’s only Pervasive Data Intelligence company, Teradata, recently announced the appointment of Kathy Cullen-Cote as the CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer), effective immediately. She will pilot the company’s HR initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, training learning and development (TLD), and employee experience at Teradata. Prior to Kathy, Laura Nyquist was managing the dual roles of CHRO and General Counsel; she will continue with her role as the General Counsel from now on.

Kathy Cullen-Cote used to work with a Boston-based software company named PTC as the EVP and CHRO prior to joining Teradata. At PTC, Kathy directed the company’s development through global employee engagement initiatives, cultural transformation programs, and the implementation and adoption of advanced Human Resource systems. She had earlier served companies like Johnson and Johnson, Raytheon, Imark Communications, and Barry Controls in various HR-centric roles and was recently rewarded with the 2018 HR Leadership Forum Bob Gatti HR Leadership Excellence Award. She expressed pride in joining Teradata and looks forward to supporting and further inspiring the vibrant culture of the organization.
