HR Strategy and Services Expert Nick Thurlow Joins Vestmark as Chief People Officer

As Vestmark Continues to Scale, HR Veteran will Work to Ensure the Company’s Team Possesses the Capabilities to Execute Strategic Vision and Priorities

Vestmark announces that Nick Thurlow has joined the company as Chief People Officer. He is responsible for human resources strategy and services, and will lead all talent management, employee engagement, total rewards, and organizational development programs.

“Nick will serve a key role in nurturing and strengthening our culture in support of our business objectives,” said John Lunny, Chief Executive Officer of Vestmark. “His expertise will be invaluable for helping ensure our team and organization remain well-positioned to meet our goals as we continue to grow.”

Prior to joining Vestmark, Mr. Thurlow worked for five years as Vice President of Human Resources and Public Affairs at InterGen Services, Inc., a global energy company, where he oversaw leadership and organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, HR information systems, total rewards, and internal and external communications. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years at Comverse, Inc. in roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately as Vice President of Human Resources. He also held various roles managing human resources for Boston Technology and Cabletron Systems.

In July 2018, Vestmark received the No. 1 ranking in the large business category in the Boston Business Journal‘s “Best Places to Work” awards program. This was the third time Vestmark was included as an honoree in the publication’s “Best Places to Work” awards program, and the first time it was recognized in the large business category.

Mr. Thurlow received his MBA from Boston College’s Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management and graduated from Hartwick College with a BA in Management, Economics, and Sociology.
