Funnel Taps PropTech Veteran Stephany Mesa as Chief of Staff to Invigorate Workplace and Special Projects as Company Scales for Growth

Funnel Leasing, the renter-centric leasing platform, announced the hiring of Stephany Mesa, a proptech veteran and product specialist, as Chief of Staff. With her 11 years of experience in multifamily and real estate, Mesa will lead Funnel’s people ops, including staff and culture, a new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) group, the Women of Funnel Group, scaling the non-profit 501c(3) H.O.M.E. initiative and will drive strategic alignment within the leadership team to reflect Funnel’s core values inside and outside the company. She will also drive new initiatives, including a new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) group, adding employment engagement platforms, and leveraging professional development tools to increase employee satisfaction and overall retention.
