Daniel Rubin Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry announced Daniel Rubin has joined the firm as a senior client partner and global account lead. He specializes in the consumer market and is based in Korn Ferry’s Chicago office.

Rubin has over 24 years of experience helping clients with talent solutions, specializing in talent acquisition, broad recruiting needs, assessment and development, compensation, and employee listening. He has worked with organizations across multiple industries, including the world’s largest publicly traded employer, Fortune 500 firms, and small start-up firms.

Rubin joins Korn Ferry from Perceptyx, Inc., a computer software company, where he was an executive consultant. Prior to that, Rubin held several leadership positions with other firms in the HR consulting industry, in consulting, operating leader, and account leader roles. At these firms, he worked with clients to improve employee engagement, leadership alignment, and talent management.

Rubin holds a bachelor’s in journalism, with a minor in mathematics, from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Business Administration, specialized in organizational behavior and operations management, from the University of Michigan.
