Melody Gray has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Portland, Oregon, Gray will design and deliver a full range of employee benefits solutions to a diverse client base throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Gray works across all funding types and ancillary coverages, providing strategic consulting and compliance guidance tailored to each organization’s needs. She is recognized for building high-performance teams and taking a client-first approach that focuses on balancing cost management with innovative solutions that drive long-term value.

Prior to joining Alliant, Gray was an Employee Benefits Consultant with a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Olivet Nazarene University and serves as Professional Development Chair for the Alaska State Council for SHRM.
