As headlines surrounding the #MeToo movement continue to draw attention to workplace behavior, six states in the U.S. have established mandatory sexual harassment training, with more states expected to follow in their footsteps. Together, Work Shield and empathiHR present to employers an innovative approach to protecting their business and employees by offering peace of mind that effective training has been put in place and that reported incidents are efficiently investigated and resolved to mitigate risk, strengthen affirmative defenses, and protect company culture and reputation.
Work Shield clients will now have access to more than 150 training courses designed to comply with state-mandated employment laws, as well as the diverse needs of Human Resource departments and small business owners.
