Three of the new diversity e-learning courses teach leaders and employees how to take charge of DEI initiatives. The new titles include:

  • Diversity And Inclusion: Lead The Change
  • Diversity And Inclusion: Take Action

Additionally, a course on microaggressions, “Microaggression In The Workplace,” was released. This course examines the three categories of microaggression, and their level of impact. Viewers are shown the importance of becoming aware of microaggressions, and how words, actions, and environment can hurt others. This course also explains how microaffirmations help to disarm the negative impact.

Finally, the final new course, “Invisible Disabilities,” explores how to recognize invisible disabilities and appropriately accommodate affected colleagues. This course is focused on helping leaders and employees to improve performance, productivity, and morale by embracing best practices for supporting employees with invisible disabilities.
