Today, more than ever, consumers need digital tools and support to navigate the health care system to find and access the best care, at the best price. The integration of Vim’s digital scheduling capability into Sapphire Digital’s leading CareSelect enterprise-wide consumer transparency platform allows health plans to extend their online consumer experience. Future capabilities being planned include enabling integration of Sapphire Digital’s SmartShopper program with health care provider EHR systems and referral workflows. Through these integrations, health plans can drive increased patient volume to high-value providers, improve the member experience, and reduce the total cost of care.
