The Skills Intelligence Accelerator is a six-month program composed of general sessions plus several custom enterprise workshops each month. At the conclusion of the program, each participant will have developed a solid skills-based work strategy, a customized career architecture report highlighting their organization’s skills capabilities, as well as access to the Hitch skills intelligence and internal talent mobility platform.
Collectively, the group will co-create a blueprint for a skills-based work strategy designed to address the rapidly changing workforce including the intense competition for talent among a remote, dispersed workforce. Throughout the program, Hitch will share best practices and ideas generated by the cohort and publish them via LinkedIn and Twitter using #SkillsIntelligence.
“Demand for talent has never been higher and the last year has only accelerated changes to the workforce,” said Kelley Steven-Waiss, Founder and CEO, Hitch. “There is no playbook for operating in these times so Hitch has convened a provocative group of strategic thinkers to innovate and solve for today’s workplace challenges.”
Joining Bolles and Bersin are Mandy Bynum Mc Laughlin, Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder, Race Equ(al)ity Project and Charlene Li, bestselling author of The Disruption Mindset and a digital transformation and disruption expert.
