MedCerts, a leader in online career certification training, is partnering with Snagajob, America’s largest platform for hourly work, to prepare unemployed and low-income workers to step into gainful employment across 33 U.S. states.

The “MedCerts + Snagajob = Dream Career” program has a goal of assisting participants in completing certification training and starting new careers in healthcare and IT fields. Through collaboration with local workforce development boards and career centers, participants will be able to complete career training at no cost.

Snagajob has over 700,000 employer partners in the U.S. and Canada, connecting its 100 million registered job seekers with potential employment opportunities, services, and partnerships nationwide. MedCerts offers over 40 online training programs that lead to national certification in the industries of healthcare and IT.

With healthcare occupations projected to grow 16% and IT occupations to grow 13% by 2030, this innovative partnership will bring together key players in the upskilling and employment assistance arenas. Snagajob will refer thousands of eligible job seekers to MedCerts programs based on individual needs and career goals, including dislocated workers, active-duty Army, National Guard, and Army Reserve members, military spouses, SNAP and TANF participants, migrant or seasonal workers, youth (16-24 years of age), and more.
