Enate is a unique go-to-market and technology UiPath partner. Working together, Enate and UiPath will accelerate the adoption of robotic process automation (RPA) by putting humans in the loop
Enate, the pioneering Robotic Service Orchestration (RSO) provider of simplified service automation, has announced a strategic partnership with UiPath, the leading enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) company.
Enate and UiPath are fast-tracking automation by putting ‘humans in the loop’ to enable customers to govern and monitor a hybrid workforce of humans and robots. Enate’s RSO platform orchestrates the delivery and management of services across a digital workforce so humans can seamlessly pick up tasks that robots fail to complete due to process failures or exceptions. Enate allows operation at any scale, whatever the ratio of human:robot and whichever automation technology is being used, accelerating RPA adoption and enabling the path to AI in the enterprise.

“This is a unique partnership for UiPath,” said Kit Cox, Founder and CEO at Enate. “UiPath has put its customers first by allowing customers to take a ‘plug and play’ approach to automation where any robot technology can be used alongside another when using Enate’s orchestration platform. Whether you only have one robot or hundreds, orchestration is key in managing risk through central governance. Enate creates “airbags” for when robotic process fails for whatever reason. With a platform to keep humans in the loop, you’ll have confidence to ramp-up your RPA adoption,” added Kit.
Dhruv Asher, SVP for Alliances & Business Development at UiPath, said: “Working strategically with Enate to integrate our products means customers can more easily make meaningful decisions about what to automate, leading to increased productivity from their combined human and robot workforce. Together, UiPath and Enate offer a gateway to AI in the enterprise, which will transform business operations.”

Using Enate’s management information dashboard, customers can shine a light on what should be automated first with a clear expectation of achievable benefits. Enate creates a pipeline of automation initiatives so customers have a clear strategy and incremental rollout.
Enate is available as a connector in UiPath Go!, which allows customers to easily connect to Enate within UiPath Studio using a code-free ‘drag and drop’ interface. Enate also integrates with UiPath’s Orchestrator to synchronise platform-level information. This saves on set-up time and enables enhanced availability reporting to operation managers and team leaders.
