Katie McGinnis is the Head of Udacity's People team, overseeing talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, employee relations, business partnerships, engagement, and HR operations for the company's global workforce. With 20 years of human resources experience, she joined Udacity in May 2021 after holding key leadership roles at Benefitfocus and Cigna. She has a degree in business with an emphasis in HR from the University of Mississippi and holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations.
