Syndio Appoints Allison Manne As Vice President, Customer Success

Allison Brings Over 20 Years of HR Experience to the Table.

The leading HR analytics company, Syndio, announced the onboarding of HR technology veteran Allison Manne as VP – Customer Success. The company works towards eradicating pay disparities in organizations and is well-known for its technology platform, PayEQ. It is helping close the gender and racial pay gap for thousands of professionals worldwide. Ms. Manne will be in charge of managing and measuring the effectiveness of customer success activities at Syndio.

Proven Experience In HCM and Payroll Management

Alisson Manne has over two decades of experience in payroll management and human capital management, both as a practitioner and on the technical side of things. Prior to joining Syndio, she has worked as the Vice President, Customer Success, at HireVue where she directed a worldwide team of strategic client success directors and managers to maximize client investments. Previously, she had worked with Namely as Vice President. Her major role there was to build and manage the client success function, HCM sales executives and HCM solution engineers, which she played exceptionally. Earlier, she also held leadership roles at FinancialForce and Ultimate Software.

Maria Colacurcio, Syndio’s CEO said that the company was eager to begin working with Allison and looking forward to watching her inspire customer success across the board. “Given the nature of Syndio’s business, our customers’ satisfaction and success are of the utmost importance to our Company.
