Lydie Fox will lead HR strategy to fuel continued growth for the premier enterprise applications and data analytics services leader

Apps Associates, an enterprise applications and data analytics services leader,named Lydie Fox to the newly-created Chief People Officer post. Fox joins Apps Associates on the back of a record third quarter and at a time of continued growth and advancement for the company. As Chief People Officer, Fox will be responsible for leading Apps Associates’ overall human resources strategy, including global talent acquisition, employee learning and development, compensation, benefits, and workforce advocacy.

Most recently, Fox served as the Global HR Director for Risk Management Solutions, a risk modeling technology company with an employee presence across the globe. She brings more than 20 years of HR and leadership experience, including having served as a senior advisor for Fortune 50 and 500 companies. Throughout her career, she has worked with leaders across various lines of business to help build strong and dynamic organizations that focus on key corporate values to cultivate an unmatched company atmosphere.
