Customers give Dayforce highest scores for “Likeliness to Recommend”
Ceridian announced that Dayforce, its global human capital management (HCM) platform for the entire employee lifecycle, was recognized as the leading vendor solution in the latest HCM Category Report by Software Reviews. This is the second consecutive time that Ceridian has received the highest composite scores and a Data Quadrant Gold Medal in the HCM Awards category.
Dayforce received first place for ‘Likeliness to Recommend’ ahead of seven other HCM vendor solutions that were evaluated. Dayforce also placed first in several vendor capabilities categories, including Breadth of Features, Ease of Customization, Product Strategy and Rate of Improvement, and Usability and Intuitiveness. In addition, Dayforce placed first for several product feature categories, including Payroll Administration, Time and Attendance, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Talent Management, and others.
“For the second consecutive Category Report, Dayforce is a leader in our Data Quadrant with a strong mix of top-rated product features and capabilities, combined with the highest score in the category for their Emotional Footprint, our metric for evaluating the end-to-end customer experience,” said David Piazza, President, Software Reviews. “HCM users place a particularly high value on the relationship and support they receive from their vendors, and it is clear that Dayforce has focused on delivering an engaging experience for their customers.”

Software Reviews, a division of world-class research and advisory firm Info-Tech Research Group Inc., recognizes outstanding vendors in the technology industry, evaluated entirely based on customer scores and feedback. Software Reviews’ HCM Category Awards are distributed annually to recognize outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace as evaluated by their customers and end-users. Top vendors in a software category are eligible to receive Data Quadrant Gold Medals, provided their scores meet the threshold for sufficiently high user satisfaction across four areas of evaluation: vendor capabilities, product features and satisfaction, likeliness to recommend, and vendor experience.
